Accomplishments:
I am in restaurant business for 25 years all around Europe from Sweden to exYugoslavia, learning the process all the way from bottom up, from dishwasher, cook, pizza backer, Italian chef, deputy chief of kitchen, to chief cook to restaurant owner.
My last position in Hotel Luna was Executive Chef where I was responsible for daily menu planning, ordering goods, planning the delivery and organizing every day activities of kitchen staff.
Preparing and serving food according to highest HACCAP standards is my every day goal and lesson I want to pass to every kitchen employee I work with.
At 8th April 2016 I was personally responsible as Executive Chef of Cocktail dedicated for the visit of Her Excellency President of Croatia Mrs. Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic.
