Provides helpdesk coverage and direct telephone support to employees and students institution-wide.

Refers questions and problems involving computer hardware, connectivity, software and peripheral equipment associated with the computer system to the appropriate specialist.

Operates a microcomputer and peripheral equipment for production work on a regular routine basis.

Proficient with both 2010 and 2013 Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

Develops and/or reviews user manuals, training materials and related forms.

Process purchase orders and maintains budgetary records.

Set up and manage paper or electronic filing system, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.

Coordinate conferences, meetings or special events.

Manage projects or contribute to committee or team work.

Volunteering – currently have a small group called Heidi’s Coups for Troop. This group collects expired and current coupons and send them to 7 military families across the world. With this group we also take collections throughout the year to be able to donate to the single Mom’s group on campus. We sponsor 20+ kids by purchasing specific gifts for them and also donate many additional items to help assist the families.

Volunteered as a co-chair of lead for volunteers for the NCCC’s largest fundraiser the Gala in 2014. Volunteers when there is a need with the veterans association for Christmas cards to troops or any food drives needed.
