Infosys team did System Appreciation of the high complex/multi platform applications in 3months time frame and established 24 X 7 support using Global Delivery Model. In addition to this, the team was heavily engaged in first level Busyness Analyst support, major enhancements, development and testing interfaces for Retek based applications (RMS, RDW, RCOM, ReSA, etc.), and major projects to meet the evolving and expanding Business need. I have led the team during the various stages like System Appreciation, Transition, and Steady state. The major projects that were executed during the period include ‘Replenishment Can-Do’ initiatives, Inventory Reconciliations, Valued Cost reconciliation, replacing the Legacy WMS interfaces with Manhattan’s PKMS.
