Supporting the Comcast Content Delivery Network with hardware design, implementation, and detailed network design diagram, field support, service readiness verification support, and post installation check. Worked with IP and QAM-based Video on Demand servers, Cisco Delivery and Networking Systems – TV / IP, Cisco Back Office, Sea Change VOD Back office, VOD Playlist, and Next Generation Video Control Plane which included the consolidation of ~100 sites to CLOUD-based data centers throughout North America. Included in this is development support of Windows/LINUX based Java applications in response to required thread activities associated with load balancers and validations scripts written in Python that make use of ODBC MySQL and HTTP API interfaces.

Provided engineering level support of setup execution in areas of upgrades, clean installs, and maintenance (un-install, repair, re-install) for SDM upgrade in support of Windows and Linux OS platforms. Participated in updates required to the DAC and RADD installation and setup procedures.
