Constructora Santiago II Corp. Trujillo Alto, PR January 2012 – May 2016 Project Manager

• Project Manager for a $1.8 million Wal-Mart Manati Supercenter (Store # 3716 Remodeling) at Manatí, Puerto Rico. My main goal and challenge during this project was to renew the complete store while ensuring minimal impact to the client’s schedule and sales, as the store operates 24hrs a day. Tasks included those from my previous Project Manager role, as well as scheduling, sub-contractor management, and quality assurance. Project Manager

• Project Manager for the Construction of a $10 million and 153,000sft Wal-Mart Super Center

(Store #1854) in Hatillo, Puerto Rico. I was responsible for always exceeding our clients’ expectations and manage all communications between the client, our company and architects. Also in charge of conducting weekly meetings with all our sub-contractors to ensure schedule and construction phasing progress. Led monthly management meetings to review financial success of the project.

Project Manager Assistant

• Project Manager Assistant, in charge of Construction Scheduling (with primavera P6), Quality Assurance, RFI’s, submittals and monthly payment applications of the off-site improvements for Mall of San Juan (New $500 Million Dollar Mall). This project consisted of three bridges (one with AASHTO Type 3 beams, one with voided slab beams and a post- tensioned pedestrian bridge), all the roads and drainage around the mall as well as state roads improvements. Our sub-contract was for the amount of $16 Million Dollars. Project Engineer

• Construction of a 6 level, $30 million dollar Wal-Mart Building (reinforced concrete with post- tensioned steel) in the city center of San Juan. In charge of all Logistics and Planning for the construction process and leading a team of over 160 employees. • Performed over 200 (SPCCP’s) Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans for the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (PRASA)

• Performed over 50 air permits for PRASA

• Worked as an Environmental Consultant for the Coca Cola Puerto Rico Bottling Company and the Coca Cola Bottling Company at Trinidad & Tobago

• Performed Operation and Maintenance Manuals for the wastewater treatment plants of Coca Cola in Haiti, Coca Cola Bottling Trinidad & Tobago, and various PRASA facilities.

• In charge of environmental compliance monitoring reports for Coca Cola Puerto Rico Bottlers (Air, Wastewaters, Storm water and Recycling)

• Led the Start-up for the Coca Cola Waste Waters Treatment Plant at Trinidad & Tobago.

• Performed Environmental Site Assessments (Phase 1) for various clients.

• Developed watershed protection plans, identifying possible pollution sources for different watersheds.
