Responsible for routing, solving or triaging all non- urgent helpdesk tickets generated through the EHR. Fixes can be education, build or optimization. Solutions and updates are reported back to physicians and feedback is closely monitored. Tasks also include reports on monthly statistics regarding types of tickets, wait times until closing and modules affected.
