Primary responsibility included supervising the day to day manufacturing of a ceramic base material used in production throughout the facility. The Grain Plant is a 24/7 production operation comprised of 8 employees in a union setting. Establish rules and direction in regards to the use and training of hazardous chemicals, environmental matters, and quality/yield relationship. Engineered existing equipment and procedures to reduce down-time and increase performance.

MAR Systems Inc. – Solon, OH – Production Manager, Apr. 2012 – June 2015

Primary responsibility included complete operational control from plant production warehousing, shipping, receiving, safety, training, and inventory.
