Control, Monitor, Assure and Audit the overall quality of FPSO - Armada Ali modules’ piping, tanks, pressure vessels, cranes, flare tower, hull marine tanks, structures fabrication inspection and manage & lead the team of Qa/Qc engineers and piping, hull structural welding, mechanical, E&I, painting and HVAC discipline Inspectors.

Coordinate, Control, Monitor, Assure and Audit the overall quality of FPSO- Armada olembendo modules’ piping, tanks, pressure vessels, cranes, flare tower, hull marine tanks, structures fabrications and manage & lead the team of Qa/Qc engineers and piping, hull structural welding, mechanical, E&I, painting and HVAC discipline Inspectors.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

Surveillance inspections, monitor the manufacturing processes, assembly and witness all kind of FAT / EFAT / SIT tests on wellhead packages of Subsea Christmas trees, Sub-sea flow control modules-(SCM), compound valve blocks (CVB), tubing heads, tubing hangers, flow choke modules, LRPs, umbilical, Hydraulic Flying Leads and well jumpers kits, down hole drill pipes and related equipments, offshore well head platforms, mudmat structure, ROV Hydraulics intervention tools, SURF(Subsea, Umbilical, Risers, Flexibles), OCGT, which are supplied by FMC to Woodside fields.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

Welding inspection of tanks, Piping, hull structure, Leg, OCTG, in West Prospero and West. Larissa Rig jack-up.

To carry out inspection on rig jack up tanks inspection, piping system line check, compartments, decks, welded structural components, assemblies and block erection of hull structure, mechanical equipment installation in accordance with drawing and project requirements.

Conduct fit-up inspection, welding visual inspection and cross verification of welds soundness by NDT

Observes testing of tanks, decks, and compartments for strength of material and water/air tightness.
