* Generalist H.R Functions

- Taking care of preparation of all HR documents like Issuing of

Offer Letters, Appointment letters, Conformation review forms,

Conformation Letters, Promotion letters, Transfer Letters,


- Man Power Requisition Form, Online Updating of Preparation of List

of Holidays, Leave administration, Preparing Bonus Report &

Verifying with Finance Dept., Preparing the Medical Policy and

Issue the Cashless Cards, Mobile Deduction, Forwarding LTA Forms,

Preparing Full & Final Settlement Issuing Relieving/Experience


- Representing the Audit internal, external & of investors.

- Restructuring the HR & Admin polices, forms as & when required,

formats as & when require.

- Disputes related to Staff also regarding the bills, Vendor

Payment, PF, ESIC, Mediclaims, Accident.

- MIS report Monthly, as & when requires the data related to

payroll, cost, site, employee data.

- Recruitment for medal level and site employees / Joining

formalities. Also coordination with the recruitment consultants.

- Maintaining employee's personal files.

- Bank Account Opening for new joins.

- Maintaining all details and documents related to employee TDS and


- Annual recons elation of salary, reimbursement, bonus, incentives,

deductions personal loans and recovery's of employee and

contractors with accounts and auditors.

* Statutory Functions

- Contract Labour covering under the rule & act as & when required

as per construction industries (Registration, Agreements,

Compliances, Renewals, Obtaining of - BOCW, RC, Shop act licence,

labour licence of contractors payments)

- Incorporation for PF,ESIC, Ptax and LWF new codes for new

establishment and Contractors

- New Company incorporation and registration

- Monitoring for all monthly compliances of company as well as

contractors Preparing Payments -P.F, ESI, P.T and Labour Welfare

Fund, challans, Group Gratuity Fund, Submission of Monthly

returns, half yearly Returns, Annual Returns- P.F, ESI, P.T,

Liaison with Statutory Bodies and handling Inspections,

- challans, settlement cases - withdrawal of PF, Insurance, TDS

deductions. Run the ETDS.

- Monitoring for all Payroll activities, legal deductions.

- Registration to FRO office of foreign employees.

- Settlement of WC claim of death and accident cases.

- Attending court form company side for production of documents and

in other cases such as bounce of cheque etc. as and when required.

* Admin Activities

- Take care of Consultation Bills/payment of Man power

Consultancies, Coordination/liaisoning with social and Government

Offices. Issuing the TDS certificates. Bill booking, Recovery,

Debits and coordination with accounts for payment.

- Shifting of Offices and site.

- Coordination with admin for yearly distribution of sweets / books.

- Coordination with marketing department for rebranding of company.

- Coordination for IT and Admin Dert. For sitting arrangement of

employee and IT assets.

* Performance Management System

- Implementing Performance Management System & Issuing Appraisal

Application Forms, Collecting the Data, Discussion with

Departmental Heads, Evaluate each employee and Proposal put up to

the management

- Preparation of JD/KRA/ Goal settings.

Employee Relations

- Attending each employee Grievances, implementing progressive

Schemes to motivate the employees & organizing the programme to

feel with company "Family Environment"


- Successfully implement of Payroll & Attendance Software (ESS) /

also PMS Software.

- Restructured the CTC and pay out heads of salary which is direct

tax exempted for the employee

- For restructuring the salary and wages analysing the market study.

- Started career with Marvel as an Executive - HR, currently leading
