Equipment Maintenance Division: 5 million in yearly costs, 35 mechanics, 400+ pieces of rolling equipment, over 1500 total pieces, overall maintenance and planning, equipment service scheduling and creation, key performance indicators, daily scheduling, procedures and best practices creation and management.

Trucking Division (Logistics): 11 million in revenue, 70 CDL drivers & trucks for aggregate hauling, hazmat, singles, doubles, coordinating dispatcher, pricing, customer management, sales, invoicing, & collections. Created unique billing system for trucking, & fully automated trucking delivery tracking system. Pushed 55 CDL drivers to achieve 90% asset utilization in 1 year.
