Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc. et al. vs. Bud Glass d/b/a Bud Glass Productions, Case No. 4:11cv50-RH/WCS, United States District Court Northern District of Florida Tallahassee Division. $42MM lawsuit based on 24 counts of intellectual property rights violations (copyright, trademark, counterfeit and dilution). Successfully negotiated a settlement of $60,000 over a three year payment period.
