Job Responsibilities

Support operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing & implementing administrative systems.

Maintenance of the various office equipments and coordinating with the vendor’s for regular servicing and repairing of all the Machines (DG, A/C, Stabilizers, UPS, CCTV System and Lift etc).

Processing the payments of the Vendor’s and renewing AMC/Contracts.

Maintaining and sending the attendance, OT, Leave etc of staff for salary.

Managing Fire Alarm, CCTV and Access control system (card activation/deactivation, Checking video recordings etc).

Supervising the work of Housekeeping/ Mail boy/ Pantry boy/ MST/ Driver/Security and assigning work to them.

Monitoring inventory office stock and ordering supplies such as Diesel, stationary, Pantry requirement and other services as per site requirement necessary.

Handling incoming / outgoing calls, correspondence and filing.

Maintaining office Pool Car log book, maintaining duty and OT records of driver.

Supervising and maintaining records of incoming/outgoing couriers.

Arranging and coordinating meetings, conferences and other requirements.

Responsible for maintaining hard copy information.

Provide general support to the visitor’s.

Assist in monitoring costs and making monthly reports.

Smoot and effective working of the site at minimum cost.

Plan long and short-term maintenance needs, modernize and update equipment.
