Advised administrators on next steps for training and assessments needed in learning development process. Founded HRC’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Summit Program that annually brings together LGBT and ally student leaders from major HBCUs from all over the country for 3 days of training.

DESIGNED AND CONDUCTED DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION TRAINING. Developed and conducted training in the areas of EEO laws and regulations, diversity and inclusion. Created and presented briefings and recommendations the Board of Directors on the complex issue and policy implications regarding Diversity Strategies; resulted in the training of 36 Steering Committees across the country.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Extensive experience defending the organization's point-of-view and responding to questions regarding HRC’s civil rights policies and programs.
