I took over as President of the company in August 2015. The company had experienced the loss of several key customers and showed declining sales. We began the work of correcting this trend by implementing systems and processes to bolster customer service, improved throughput and on-time shipments, ensured quality products, and brought a team concept back to the company. Updated job descriptions were created allowing employees to understand the expectations for their positions, incorporating Key Performance Indexes for each position. We were reaching out to new and previous customers to build a base for growth, along with new assembly work opportunities.
