Working On PNRS (Comes through Queues of NORWAY, SWEDEN AND DENMARK).We have to rectify the errors for which there is delay in issuance and finally have to send to market for issuance in Queues Process.

Taking care of Ticketing, Re-issue, Hotel Bookings and Car Bookings on focal points on Amadeus. The process involved complete taking care of Domestic and International Bookings, creating PNRs, issuing tickets for all corporate.

Developed QC checks for reports and appropriate recommendations made where applicable.

Ensuring timely deliverables in terms of output and adhering to the SLA and deadline in meeting the goals.

Have taken full ownership of the given tasks but at same time flexible in shuffling between/handing multiple tasks.

Extra Initiatives:

Responsible for receiving and allocating and assigning the task to the team mates, and then resending the issues if any to the clients and the confirmation of completion of the work
