● Check for Hold Bin and Damage compliance.
● Inspect cash wrap area for merchandise, receipts (surveys), and trash.
● Check for proper functioning ALARMS at cash wrap (each register) and doors towers.
● Ensure that the following are secure; EAS Detachers/Handheld Detacher/Drop Safe/Petty Safe
● Check floor for trash, hangers (all types), safety pucks, merchandise, sensors, tags, signage and anything else that does not belong. (bring any lost and found items to the LOD)
● Inspect front end for excessive “go-backs”, over flowing trash bins, and overall cleanliness. Inspect floor and around all registers, inside drawers and cabinets, and between registers for any old receipts, CES surveys, or used gift cards.
● Check LOD worksheet to ensure that S.O.S audits are being completed. PnP requires 2 per day – we want to encourage 1 per LOD shift, typically 3 per day.
● Observe and ensure that Sellebrities are following Old Navy Cash Register PnP (using drop safe, asking for ID on CC purchases)
● Ensure that Sellebrities personal belongings are properly stored.
●Other Responsibilities (based on available time)
● Inspect BOL and 700-Service Log for discrepancies and/or non-compliance. This inspection is mandatory on shipment days. LPSRs are responsible for knowing when their stores receive shipment.
● Inspect the Over Short Chart for discrepancies and/or non-compliance per Old Navy PnP. Any discrepancies +/- $5.00 should be reported
● Check for Defeated Tag/Sensors (bench, carpet, behind doors etc.)
● Check-in with Fitting Room attendant to ensure fitting rooms have coverage and also to provide support if needed. (Report Coverage)
● Make sure fitting rooms are free of merchandise and hangers and any other items that do not belong.
● Ensure that customer service along with the proper Old Navy PnP is being carried out. (10 Steps, greeting and taking merchandise from customer, 10 item limit, following up with customer)
● Ensure that processing room is neat and organized and that merchandise is not being stored in fitting rooms.
