My daily work comprised communication with guests and answering their damands in terms of making them feel comfortable and served in the most appropriate way, as well as candid and kind correspondence with guests and patrons of the above establishment, arranging events, business-like meetings, wedding celebrations, correspondence with the certian companies, and organisations refering meetings of high officials and sending out invitations. The said duty demands punctuality at all levels and diligent and dedicated approach and extensive knowlegde of the English language.

It was down to me to seek for supplier and organise the procurement of necessary supplies for the restaurant. I performed adminitrative work and paying off the suppliers through the invoices, sorted out the revenue agency obligatory payments, kept financial records of the expenses and procurements, took care of daily profit, and was entrusted responsible job of data enrty.

Besides, I took care of personnel, organised their daily roster and mothly work schedule, constantly monitored their work and make sure everything was running smoothly without any shortcomings. I was able to organise my own workload and therefore entrusted with recruitment of personnel, both waiters and cooks, their training and making them aware of all necessary obligations they were to abide by whilst working in the prominent establishments and dealing with guests. I also trained them to get familiar with food service, beverages and service related manners, as well as how to react in the event of unpleasant situations requiring professional approach. I coordinated closely with both kitchen personnel and bartenders. The possion requeirs great knowledge about food service and wine list and compatibility with certain alcoholic beverages with main course. I conducted controll of served meals and wines in order to meet the requrements and compatibility with certain cousine.
