Duties & Responsibilities:

I need to ensure that the stock that is delivered each day, is unpacked & available to customers each morning before the store opened for customers. I need to ensure that every customer receive the best service and make the most of their shopping experience every time they enter the store. I need to ensure that the stock stock counts of each day is done in time and also ensure that there are no expired stock on the shop floor, which customers might buy. I had daily reports that needed to be compiled and handed to my superior before a deadline. I help with the opening (unlocking) and locking of the store periodically. I need to unsure that daily, weekly, monthly operations checks are done & if breakages occur, that it is fixed in the shortest possible time. I do regular security checks at night, to ensure that there is no theft at the store. I have weekly meeting with staff and management to communicate the highest shrinkage lines in the store & to ensure that all the staff knows what is expected of them for the coming week. During the meetings, I give staff the opportunity to give me their views of situations.
