Start by prepping the bare frame by retapping the holes to removing excess paint and installing main wiring harness and running main battery cable then was moved to station 2 Assemble and install front axle with tran motor and to torque bolts down to recommended torque strength and then was moved to station 3 install the rear axle and connect the brake lines and to lift and drop on the start of the conveyor line using an overhead crane. Now i do sub assembly building the axle for the EOS frames and assembles the the drive motors to the centaur also assemble drive sensor for the centaur drivetrain. I would also do rework on completed forklifts by troubleshoot any malfunction a truck may have.

Started out as a Manual lathe operator turning billets down above .200
and below .200 from what the diagram called for to prep for the CNC
machines. Promoted to CNC Machinist 3 months later. Learned to make
adjustments in the program to be able to get to 1st article. Made various
parts such as Backup rings,V-Rings, Y-Rings, T-rings, Face seals, Radial
Seals out of Peek,Teflon, and Various materials. Align cutting tools and
accessories onto machines, Measure dimensions of tools and parts using
instruments like dial calipers and micrometer
Mechanical Assembler Mar 2013 - Aug2013

Assembled various models of medium voltage motor drives to custom
specifications. Task include working directly with engineers to build
transformers, inverters as well as contractors and isolation switches.
Completed motor drive cabling using cable from 8g - 4/0. Used various
tools including pneumatic and hydraulic crimpers, crane operator, and
fork lift driver.
