PROJECT 1:

TITLE: UP 375 –Ac Air vent effort checking machine for vane

DESCRIPTION:

In this machine vane effort going to be calculated in four direction (up, down, open and close) by using load cell.

A fixture is mounted on a disc which can be rotated in 360 degree for position to check by using a rotary servo motor.

Here two other servo motor used for x and y direction to check the vane effort.

If the effort value is in within the range in all direction the result will be pass and barcode will be printed.

Here we used programmable logic controller for control the machine.

PROJECT 2:

TITLE: B562 – Ford IP switch assembly machine

DESCRIPTION:

In this machine used for assemble the seat heaters, light pointers and housing from the fixture.

Here we used programmable logic controller for control the machine.

PLC was interfaced with human machine interface to operate the machine
