Construction Manager (Napanee Generating Station, ON) 2016-Current *Develop and lead QC program and project specific procedures *Manage sub-contractors H&S/QC program adherence * Construction Superintendent managing all sub-trades erecting 5 engineered structural steel buildings and interiors (Cladding, Sheet Metal, Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Carpentry, Masonry, Roofing).

Patrick Mechanical Ltd. Project Safety Consultant 2015 * Restructured crew safety equipment procurement process, streamlining delivery as and when required with improved expenditure results. * Initiated Behavioral Based Observations on multiple sub-contractors on major Vale and Glencore smelter capital projects. *Supervised rebar installation concrete pours and mechanical installation.

KGHM International. Manager, Safety & Environment 2014 * Revamped and restructured the complete Safety Management Plan resulting in increased supervisory role and responsibility regarding safety performance. * Instituted daily follow-up of Preventive Maintenance activities drastically improving both safety and start-up performance for OSB plant re-start.

HATCH Ltd. Manager, Safety 2013 – 2014* Implemented close coordination between client operations and construction crews in a process that eliminated incidents throughout project execution on Greenfield $6 billion, Mary River Iron Ore Project, located on Baffin Island. * Executed the largest sealift in arctic history through 24 hour darkness with Zero safety or environmental incident.

AMEC LLC Owners Rep (HSSE Specialist) 2012 – 2013 *Owners’ Rep (Rio Tinto) HSSE Specialist kick-started training and mentoring for local contractors culminating in Zero incidents throughout commissioning team on boilers, water filtration plant and other mine site infrastructure facilities at Oyu Tolgoi copper mine in Mongolia.* Developed and put in place planning for transition from construction phase to operations.
