-Initiate the use of N.E.T. for nurse line

-Open Holmesberg for the overflow from a 2500 inmate facility – setting criteria’s for admission, staffing the unit with one nurse to read ppd, medication administration and run a nurse line, complete the first section of the Health and Physical form for the Provider.

-Provider was able to complete physical for 25-30 inmates a day before any inmate was transfer to other facilities in Philadelphia
