Responsible for all accounting, reporting and finance for publicly traded e-wallet, telecommunications, check21 processor, cable TV and internet provider.

Coordinated with legal counsel on reverse merger, definitive 14-C filing involving Company name and ticker symbol change as well as 100:1 reverse stock split. Prepares 10-Q and 10-K filings.

Intimately involved in the design, processing and security features of “Genie CashBox” e-wallet systems and enhanced Check21 transactions to maximize profit while managing risk for the Company and its customers.

Cascade Finance Partners & Portfolio Companies Chatsworth / Glendale, CA CFO 2008 – 2014

Responsible for all reporting, finance, budgeting, analysis, cash mgmt, internal controls, compliance, etc.

Created numerous new legal entities and establishing accounting / operating systems from ground up.

Designed and managed due diligence programs for new acquisitions and coordinated documentation.

Integrated and or converted existing systems of new acquisitions and established portfolio reporting.

GameWorks Entertainment - Stock acquisition of national chain of 7 arcades from Sega. Sega paid Cascade $1.25MM net to take the arcades including equipment appraised at over $5MM off its hands because of large recurring losses combined with extremely adverse lease commitments

(including one on the Las Vegas Strip with rent of $325k per month). Subsequent bolted on acquisition of JBC Entertainment adding another 8 venues. Company was profitable within 1 year.

CLE / DC Imaging; Turn-around of manufacturer of compatible and recycled ink cartridges.

IOG LLC: Manufacturer of shipping data sensors sold to customers throughout the world. Assets acquired from Chatsworth Data Corp bankruptcy. Profitable within 6 months.

CDC Data LLC: Manufacturer of scanners sold worldwide for use with lotteries, education testing, horse racing, etc. Involved in arranging Letters of Credit for multi-million dollar int’l contracts.

State Crane: Turn-around of Crane rental and fabrication service in Orange, CA.

Kamako Mfg: Start-up company manufacturing proprietary automated equipment for use on oil rigs.

Second transaction (a $30MM complex credit) was one of the most profitable deals for Coast Business Credit. Within a year we were taken out by BofA in a $90MM refinancing and earned a prepayment penalty of over $600K.
