■ Receive, sort and forward all incoming mail, coordinate the pick-up for outgoing mail. Prepare letters and documents, fax correspondence to HSD staff, court reports and other agencies as appropriate, including Fine & Commitment Report and the Monthly DOC Report. Translate forms from English to Spanish and provides translating services as needed.
