Vectorform, Royal Oak, MI AUGUST 2015 - SEPTEMBER 2016 Program Manager / Mopar.com & Mopar Mobile Properties Managed the Mopar Owner Experience and its Connected Car Program across both Web and Mobile channels by directing the team to utilize data and research to proactively recommend, prioritize and schedule enhancements to maintain as well as completely redesign both Mopar.com & the Mopar Mobile Properties (including the intregration of Uconnect Application Feartures).

● Worked with the Group Account Director to manage, develop and foster a trusted advisor relationship with the Mopar client and key FCA stakeholders (Uconnect, Technical Services Operations team, Brand Manager, Legal and FCA-IT).

● Introduced an Audit & Analysis stage to conduct and/or gather all research and insights needed to propose, document and validate (both strategically and technically) the features and innovations by SOW prior to kicking o the Production Stage.

● Based on the validation of results of the team’s Audit & Analysis by SOW, partnered with the Experience Director, Strategists, Tech Lead, Behavioral Psychologist and Analytics Lead to develop, present and approve the MBRs, KPIs & Strategic recommendation.

● Produced a Features & Functionality Matrix and release schedule with the Tech Lead, Experience Director and UX Strategist based on the approved Strategic Recommendation for each project.

● Coordinated the review and approval of the F&F matrix with the client, FCA-IT and Tech Partners which was then used to coordinate the Epics and Sprints for the Project Managers and Technical Project Managers to utilize to kick-o the “Design & Development” production stage and to manage Scrum/Status meetings.

● Developed a Comprehensive Project Template to break down each SOW by “Audit & Analysis” or “Production” stage to identify with the Team Leads, each task necessary by phase (Assess, Plan, Do, Check, Activate, Measure & Optimize) and clarify the owner, description, duration, level of e ort, inputs, outputs, risks, assumptions, external dependencies as well as the “review and approval” process in order to deliver a Strategic Recommendation or satisfy the approved Features & Functionality Matrix.

● Worked with the PM Director to automate the JIRA ticketing process by exporting the tasks directly from the templates into JIRA.

● Established the collaboration space in Con uence for JIRA tasks to reference and the team to use to save and share their les.

● Created MS Project schedules based on the respective Project Template to succinctly forecast and track resource needs, budget, milestones, dependencies and timing.

● Produced detailed status reports based on the milestones within the MS Project schedules to utilize during routine Status meetings to communicate Program status, burn rate, campaign/product performance and propose product innovations to clients, stakeholders, partners and Vectorform Team Leads.

● Worked with the Analytics Lead and Experience Director to meet with the client on a routine basis to proactively report actionable insights in order to identify areas to innovate and improve the Mopar.com Ownership Experience program across digital channels.
