Served as ISO9001 Management Rep.for the entire corporation. Managed internal audit program (ISO). Evaluated effectiveness of all JLG locations respective quality system. Ensured that internal quality audit program continually addressed all significant aspects of audit process, planning and execution, reporting, and corrective action pursuit, and follow-up.
Used VOC to develop QMS SharePoint site which allowed users to access documentation quicker or easier, less than 3 clicks.
Trained over 50 ISO internal auditors which brought greater QMS awareness to all facility functions, using audits results decreased machine defects per unit (DPU) from 3.5 to .8 DPU.
Developed training module, handbook, single point lesson, documented procedures for 5 key quality processes. Defect Boards, Defective Material, FPQA, Hotsheets, QAT, helping reduce DPU.
Manager, Quality Assurance 2011 – 2012
Monitored customer inputs and follow through on Corrective Actions, managed Corrective Action Teams, and Corrective Action Review Board. Worked closely with suppliers in applying Quality Assurance programs, policies, and processes to improve product quality initiate.
Developed out of the box process to identify and resolve early defects, allowing early defects to be corrected on manufacturing floor.
Decreased Corrective Action Request closure time from 90 days to 30 days, reducing time to closure with less defects reaching customer.
Developed Continuous Improvement Champions program, training team members in Continuous Improvement tools and bringing more awareness and skill to processes such as, corrective action, Lean manufacturing tools, and Quality Management Systems.
Warranty Manager, Recovery 2010 – 2011
Implemented supplier score-carding system for recovery and attractiveness of warranty agreements. Worked closely with suppliers in applying Quality Assurance programs, policies, and processes that aided in improvement of product quality. Initiate, manage, and document Warranty Rebate Agreements with suppliers.
Developed SQA website, allowing suppliers to see warranty claims directly from customer.
Increased supplier recovery from $56K annually to $1.5M annually by developing website that automatically sent emails to all suppliers when warranty claims were submitted by customers. Allowed suppliers to view warranty claims submitted against parts and accept/reject claims based on customer comments.
Manager, Warranty Operations 2006 – 2010
Managed warranty process that included requesting RGA from suppliers, Warranty Defective Material Return process, and supplier evaluations. Managed claim administration processes. Processed over 60K claims in 2008.
Launched web based claim system, allowing customers to upload claims directly from personal system as opposed to entering each claim manually.

Conducted internal ISO audits, new product audits, process audits. Sat on Corrective Action team and acted as Champion for any ISO corrective actions.
