I Randy C. Celestial, 27 years of age and a graduate of License Practical Nurse at Philippine Paramedical and Technical School of Davao last 2008. I’ve heard that you are looking for a Technical Support Representative / Customer Service Representative which my experience may qualify me. My work experience gives me a unique ability to apply technology, to business process, knowledge includes accounting, other technical stuff and various operational process. My first work experience was an Outbound Agent of BPO industry under Travel Industry account. Solely, booking for Local Vacation and International Vacation are the most considered in the job. Mainly we do financial thing includes: loan processing, tax refund, and other bank to bank process.
