Monitor vendor reconciliation of warranty parts by compiling weekly lists of parts owed, collecting these parts from technicians in field and returning to factory for credit. Set up current system process that took the company from losing over $40,000 annually in warranty credits to losing under $500. Head up implementation of parts restocking program for over 20 technician vehicles in the field. Track technician’s time for payroll and dispatch purposes. Oversee new program for tablets in the field to automate work orders and billing. Track work orders for a large customer to schedule annual preventative maintenance on their equipment. Code out billing of service calls; research service contract availability, rewrites or recalls, and applicable zone fees. Customer service duties include entering work orders for technicians and research of customer complaints and issues. Assist with accounts receivables and posting of payments.
