Manage database. Maintained centralized filling system for the department. Update and maintains business information via computer or department files.
Assist with a variety projects in the department or within the organization.
Draft and type correspondence and/or presentations to be sent to internal and external contacts.
Assists and support team/managers in preparing for meetings/events/projects.
Performs related duties as assigned with good analytical skills.
Account Receivable agent. Assist with processing expense reports reimbursements.
Knowledgeable customer service agent, ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ability to represent a positive and professional image.
