●Key support contact for Ambulatory and Inpatient modules of EPIC, mainly Ambulatory, Orders, ClinDoc. Troubleshoots problems and/or questions from end users. Processes all EPIC printer mapping requests.

●Implementation: All pre live work including gathering build specs, performing workflow assessments, and validation sessions to ensure the build supports business needs. Supported 4 Go lives within the Sutter system.
●Sole primary support and resolution contact for Epic’s Radiant module for the largest hospital in the Sutter Health system (California Pacific Medical Center) with over 300 users. Provided troubleshooting and resolution to build and workflow issues. Identified and performed comprehensive analysis on advanced problems, up to and including build advisement, following through to ensure final resolution from build team. Proactive communication on status of incidents and problems to end users. Regular meetings with leadership from IT and Radiology department to determine future system enhancements and system optimization.
●Maintaining the Application: Documented and responded to user requests. System maintenance and upgrades to production environment. Assisted with build, interfaces and testing (reviewed, updated and maintained test scripts).Worked closely with various levels of management and staff (clinical and IT departments).
●Schedule build: Complete overhaul and adjustment of scheduling for the Radiology department. (DEV TEST SUP-PROD) Created numerous visit type session limits to ensure that the Auto scheduling brings back only specific scheduling solutions as requested by the manager.
●Report build: Created reports per end user demand for monitoring various aspects of staff productivity and other department trends.
●Reading Worklists build: Created and maintained over 100 reading worklists per radiologist’s request. (DEV TEST SUP-PROD)
●Training: Assisted with and conducted training sessions as required for new hire providers. Maintained a working knowledge of the application design and use. Attended training sessions.

Clerical Supervisor, Breast Health Center August 2006 – August 2012 California Pacific Medical Center San Francisco, CA
●Supervised clerical staff.
●Recruited, interviewed and evaluated clerical staff.
●Developed new policies and procedures for staff as needed.
●Piloted and implemented a new role at the Breast Health Center of the Reading Room coordinator. The function of this position was to coordinate the flow of the reading room by being the link between the radiology technologists, radiologists and the patient. The radiology technologist would submit the patient’s chart to the coordinator, the coordinator would wait for the next available radiologist and submit the patient’s chart with the pertinent information from the radiology technologist to the radiologist. Then, the coordinator would receive the information from the radiologists after they look at the images and either communicate the negative results to the patient or bring the patient’s chart back to the radiology technologist for taking of further views. This was including mammography x-ray imaging as well as mammography ultrasound.
