Maintain OpenWells reporting database for Rocky Mountains Region using Data Analyzer, Profile, ANORM, SAP and WINS to check data quality for the Wamsutter, Moxa, Monell, Salt Creek, Atlantic Rim and Wattenberg Regions. Interface with asset teams for data gathering to successfully stay ahead of drilling schedule for initial well setups in OpenWells. Manage quarterly drilling performance reports. Provide on-site field support for consultants with little or no OpenWells experience. QA/ QC included costs comparison with data from SAP/AFE insuring that cost is within 5% of total dollars of AFE. Analyze and summarize drilling information from offset operators, which consisted of interpreting data for “Best Composite Time”. Provide data query reports using Data Analyzer to Drilling Engineers as requested for projects and reviews. Investigate inconsistencies where it applies to the drilling group in all internal applications. Manage and upload reports generated in OpenWells to internal system, ANORM.

Perform complex functions that involve the retrieval, preparation, processing, analysis and manipulation of data to prepare and distribute technical regulatory and in-house operations reports including permits, sundries, completion reports and certificates of clearance. Performed new well setups in OpenWells 2003.16 and updated drilling and completion information. WINS, SAP and were utilized in daily preparation of COGCC completions reports. I worked diligently for 6 months with Programmer to create completion reports for State and Federal reporting out of OpenWells.

Reduce the administrative workload on the engineering and operations staff as needed, for both international drilling and completion engineering groups. Contractors/New Hires Set-Up which includes processes for security badge, computers, cell phone, AE card, business card. Office moves - coordinate/facilitate with OS/employee/contractor. Ensure timely and accurate submittal of time sheets, expense reports, etc. Ensure compliance of travel approvals, arrangements and security issues for the group. Schedule and facilitate department lunch & learns for outside industry vendors. Organize recruiting efforts with the University of Texas.
