Perform a variety of administrative and secretarial duties for Supervisors/managers and Technicians. Utilize Microsoft Word, excel, Microsoft office, WebEx, and power point.
Perform several office functions such as arranging/scheduling meetings, reserve / arrange meetings for Conference rooms, caterings.
