Redesigned a production area, with sales over $20million/year, utilizing Lean Flow principles to efficiently reduce the number of assembly lines by 40% in 75% of the original space. Estimated cost savings of $173K.

Designed a Dock-to-Stock procurement system, with international and domestic suppliers, utilizing barcodes to create multiple electronic purchase order to increase the turns of inventory while performing cycle counts. Estimated cost savings of $440K.

Led a Six Sigma project to reduce the amount of scrap produced during the machining of butterfly valve discs. 50% of scrap was generated by one machining center, by redesigning the machining fixture and adding quality checks to the setup procedure a 70% reduction was anticipated with an estimated savings was $50K.

Distributed monthly budget estimates for customer returns, prepared quarterly management reviews and projected revenue from product refurbishments. In one year, increased the revenue by 35%.

Teamed with Information Technology to develop a system to maintain product constraints and produce reports that cross-functional teams could use during their evaluation of procedure executions for on-orbit.
