Leading full service provider of conventional and digital printing, direct mail, cross media campaigns and online print management solutions generating $23 million in revenue with over 120 employees. Corporate Director of Quality Assurance & Project Manager (2011 – 2013) Collaborated with sales staff and customers to develop and maintain required quality standards. Established custom production processes and procedures. Ensured compliance with FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) standards and procedures required for annual audits.
