Duties: Managed the Parish’s Purchasing Department and its employees. Was responsible
for purchases made by the Parish government, all bids, vehicle and fleet inventory and
assignment. Was responsible for all auctions for the sale of all Parish surplus vehicles and
equipment. Was responsible for preparing department’s budget. Made sure that all Parish
departments adhered to government policies within their budgeted funds. Processed invoices for
payment along with data entry into computer. Answered and resolved problems.
