Overall Hybrid Customer Service Representative for Sears answering inbound calls regarding customer's questions about products we sell online and in-store, specification's and availability of the product for delivery in their area.
Placing order's online for the customer and process payment through online. Tools we use for this is
"KANA CRM Tool".
To schedule a repair for a technician to go to the customers house and do a check and repair on the appliances they bought from us. Tools we use is “Caboodle”.
