Role: QA Analyst

Description: Qualifying the various channels broadcasting application across all mobile platforms (iOS, android and apple TV, MacBook and OTT device.

Test Environment: JIRA,Confluence, Test rail, Soap UI, J-Meter, Mantis, ALM, Xbox, Fiddler, Charles proxy.

Responsibilities:

•Extensive testing in an agile development environment, involving various testing techniques including Smoke Testing, Regression, Functional, Integration, Performance, Sanity and User Acceptance Testing.

• Reporting test progress and defect updates to the Project Managers and QA manager.

• Using Jira as a defect tracking tool for clear communication to the problem by providing steps to reproduce the problem, system/network logs and the expected results as defined in the test case/requirement doc.

Description: Qualifying the device applications and VoIP application across all mobile platforms (iOS, android and blackberry) using all OEMs.

Test Environment: Application created with Java, JavaScript, XML, C++, XSLT, back end LDAP, NM1, SOA testing, RDQ, Footprints portal for Bug tracking, Perfecto Mobile tool (Cloud computing) for automation.

Responsibilities:

•Involved in project iteration and release plan meetings.

•Evaluate quality of new HSPA/LTE mobile products to meet the demands of business according to functional & technical requirement of Bell Canada.

•Qualifying Bell applications mainly Bell TV, Accessibility application Bell Push-to-Talk (PTT), Bell Total Connect, RBC Wallet, Satellite Remote PVR, MBM, Bell.ca, RDM etc.
