Qualifications/Skills
Over 20 years experience in consulting, research, and educational organizations. Mr. Su has an extensive understanding of civil engineering especially in hydraulics and hydrology, stormwater drainage for transportation, land development, flood reduction, GIS, storm surge, scour analysis. Sediment and water quality models, watershed master planning and the potential impacts by development. He has served as the project engineer for many of the large projects, such as the Three Gorges Project, Harris County Watershed Master Plan in Texas, Storm Water Drainage and Impact Analysis for SH121/183 Airport Freeway TXDOT. Tropical Storm Allison Recovery Project (TSARP) in the Houston area. He is also a Lecture Professor of Xinjiang University of Agriculture and Chongqing Jiao tong University, China and author/co-author of over 20 publications.
