Responsibilities:

Performed business function tests at various stages of SDLC like Build Verification, Integration, System, User Acceptance and Regression testing which includes Black Box, Positive and Negative testing of TDFG intranet portal for cheque collection.

Logged the bugs using QC and assigned them to the development team.

Using this new enhanced application Underwriters and Brokers should be able to process customer application for new products like Motor Cycle Insurance and Commercial Auto. As part of this enhancement a new Broker Center module is being added where broker can directly submit customer application online.

Responsibilities:

Worked as a SQA Analyst in testing Kingsway Online Policy Administration System

Reviewed and understood the Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents.

Reviewed documents to understand testing requirement and test objectives.
