ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Through all my school years I excelled in varying sports and was part of the respective teams. I
did Competitive Swimming, Synchronized Water Ballet, Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, Track and
Field, and Cycling. Romulo Mendez, an instructor and Coach in Track and Field, as well as FIFA
Referee, took me under his guidance and coached me to winning many competitions. I was part
of the High School Student Council as the Sports Captain. My interest in instruction and training
started at the age of thirteen. Brenda Reyes, owner of ZARDOZ fitness facility taught me to
become a respected and very well liked instructor of Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga, and Tai Chi. Later I
obtain ed certifications from AFAA. In my early twenties I worked for Dr. Jose Enrique Amaya,
disciplined in Sports Medicine and owner of Proformance Gym, where training, physical therapy, and conditioning of Guatemala'so top International Athletes token place. For over thirty years I
have been a post rehab aquatic trainer and have certifications from AEA in special populations
training and a Post Rehab Training Certificate with Lynda Huey. I am also a Total immersion
Swimming Coach and a Red Cross Certified Life Guard.For twenty years I contributed with my ex
husband 'so pharmaceutical company which was licensed by Heumann Pharma and Harras
Pharma in sales and promotion of a variety of pharmaceutical products.
