•Directly responsible for the cycle count program, location accuracy, waste/shrink budget management and loss reduction, customer claims, warehouse housekeeping programs, as well as monitoring and working to increase put away, picking and shipping accuracy.

Highlights:
Developed and executed a successful cGMP audit program for both Production and Distribution
Improved Change-over times on multiple lines through working with the planners to schedule only like items back to back at required change-over times. This reduced the change-over average from 16 minutes to 9 minutes.
Launched an equipment operator cross training program to have every individual trained to be effective in every function. The results of this program were increased morale and a decrease in outbound load times.
Created and rolled out a cycle count program that ensured a complete physical count each period which increased overall inventory accuracy and sustained it with minimal variance. After program initiation, the accuracy average increased by 13% to a sustained 99.5%. This in turn reduced waste and shrink loss considerably.
