****-**** - ***** ************** – Field Service Technician Install, test and maintain Logix Field equipment and services while professionally representing Logix face to face with our customers. These duties require the proficient administration of Adtran, Actellis, Carrier Access, Brocade, Mikrotik, Fortinet and Cisco equipment. Products include a variety of T-1 Voice/Data configurations, Ethernet Over Copper (EOC), Fiber Optics, Standard Analog, Digital and Analog Tunks, PRI, VOIP and Bonded T-1’s with Voice and Data in varying configurations. 2004-2006 -

D’TEL Communications – Technician Install and maintain customer telecommunications equipment including phone systems, paging systems, and other telecommunications devices and their auxiliary equipment. Expertise in Nortel Meridian and related devices including RAD was achieved. In conjunction, all the equipment is designed around provider protocol which requires understanding of multiple telecommunications services including Analog, T-1, PRI/BRI and other Data/Voice services and various transports.

2002-2004 - Clip & Grip Step Mat – Family Owned Company Founded company “Clip & Grip Step Mat, Inc”. Manage all aspects of manufacturing for Patent Pending product in the Recreational Vehicle industry. In conjunction, performed all outside sales and promotions including cold call face to face sales.

2000-2002 - MCI Worldcom – Fiber Optic Splicing Coordinator (Atlantic Region) Contracted by OSP Consultants. Coordinated the splicing of Fiber Optics for capital projects. Duties included engineering the Locate Systems; equipment inventory and maintenance; calculating and ordering the materials and consumables for each individual project. In addition, I was responsible for project documentation and distribution including Fiber Optic testing and cost estimates. Became knowledgeable with industry standards, methods and procedures relating to Fiber Optic Cable, splicing, field splice closures, test equipment, termination bays and connectors, and location systems.

MCI Worldcom - Damage Recovery Specialist Contracted by OSP Consultants. Collect and processed data for the recovery of Fiber Optic Cuts and damages. Duties included the collection of data, technical evaluation, Loss of Use Calculations on a DS3 level and database integrity for monetary collection and statistical reporting. This position required excellent communication skills and technical knowledge in order to understand and work with field technicians and managers. Gained a knowledge and understanding for the construction, technology and transmission responsible for Fiber Optic Networks..

1999-2000 - Humanetics II - I.T Professional/Technician, Telecommunication Coordinator and PBX Administrator in Carrolton, TX. Performed a number of technical duties working with telecommunications equipment, vendors and computers. In all fields I gained a working knowledge of equipment hardware, installation, programming and applications. My primary responsibilities included telephone administration and computer networking and the integration of all information technologies.

1998-1999 - Affiliated Telephone/Com-net - Technician in Plano, TX. Worked on and programmed Nortel customer equipment. I obtained skills in basic Telephony and customer relations through on-the-job training. Customer equipment included all Nortel Norstar equipment and related applications.

1996-97 - U.S.M.C. Reserve Completed basic and combat training. Graduated basic Naval Ordinance School where I qualified in basic electronics and Naval weapons handling, loading-downloading, maintenance and safety procedures. Graduated UH-1N Huey and AH-W1 Cobra Ordinance School for my Military specialty. My Naval Ordinance training was reinforced and applied to the Huey and Cobra Helicopter. In conjunction, I completed training for additional and specific procedures and operations that were applicable to those weapons systems.
