DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist and report to the senior engineer, liaise with other engineers.

Guide the foreman through the planning and engineering process throughout the duration of the project

Manage the assignments delegated by the senior engineer

Prepare detailed design, schematic sketches, shop drawing schedules and issue drafting instructions to draftsmen

Ensuring that inspection requests are implemented, ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.

Prepare material and labor cost estimates.

Daily site inspection and periodic offsite inspection.

Prepare material submittal and method statements in coordination with QA/QC
