Lead Process and Manufacturing Engineering Staff to ensure Work is executed in accordance with all company policies and procedures and completed on a timely basis ~ 5000 employees and revenue of 600+ million annual sales.

Designing product process (SMT- MI - FA) in direct correlation to the new product demand and scope definition

Establishing direct and indirect standard labor hours and production rates
