Provide superior customer service for several Regional Sales managers and their broad range of clientele consisting of over 100 clients in multiple regions.

Independently monitor prospect applications, process submitted applications and work directly with the prospect to obtain required documentation to ensure approval as a secondary market lender. (POA's, Secretary's Certification, Loan Purchase Agreements)
