Started implementation of cross training associates to learn the quality aspect of the operation utilizing height indicator gages, micrometers and go and no go gages.

Site Manager, Engman-Taylor Company Inc. 4/2013 – 6/2015

Responsible for on-site Engineering and MRO for Harley Davidson, Integrated contractor.

Plant Manager, Gichner Shelter Systems 2/2012 – 10/2012

Re-manufacturing shelter for the US government. Shelters would be shipped in and we would evaluate and generate a work order as to what was needed to rebuild the shelters. We would remove and replace mechanical and electrical parts per the DCMA specification. Complete final assembly through paint and submit to DCMA for inspection. Once signed off would ship product to the assigned receiver.

Contract ended with government.

Responsible for all aspects of operation at a connector manufacturing plant including, safety, quality, staffing, delivery, continuous improvement, inventory and capacity planning

Managed a plant with up to 150 associates across 3 shifts producing a wide range of highly engineered connectors and cable assemblies for the telecommunication industry.
