* When I first started there were only two bottle lines and two blister

Lines running and some small hand assembly lines working

§ We are now running 4 bottle lines with 3 more in various states of construction in which I have been involved in all phases from room design

to quoting of contractors to machinery purchasing.

§ We now have up to 5 blister lines running,

§ I am currently working on upgrading and automating some of the hand assembly lines so we can reduce labor costs and increase throughput, and profitability.

§ We have nearly doubled our monthly revenue since I have been working on all these projects.

§ We have either maintained or have had a positive increase in revenue for the last year.

§ I am always looking at ways to increase profitability through automation, training or maintenance to decrease downtime and increase efficiency or decrease of un needed labor.

§ I completed a project of asseting and created preventive maintenance and calibration work orders for all equipment in a computerized system.

§ Using my skills and ability to train people we eventually got up and running on 7 bottle lines across 3 shifts of operation.

§ I performed line upgrades and automation to increase lines speeds From an average of about 15,000 bottles per shift to well over 50,0000 Bottles per shift, which allowed us to win a major contract from a supplier who supplied the government with stock pile of bird flu Medication during the flu virus epidemic.
