-Emergency reception Activity : Reception polyvalent adult and children, medicine, surgery, traumatology and psychiatry

Each day, a doctor takes responsibility for a sector. All these patients are grouped into three sectors: short (valid patients requiring only little recourse to technical platform) long with patients who require a number of laboratory tests and / or radiological, and with serious need of taking responsible for vital functions in déchocage rooms. -Hospitalization activity: the service includes a UHCD (acute inpatient unit) of 13 beds. Each day, a physician provides medical responsibility of all of these patients and supervises the activity of an resident in general medicine. His job is to strengthen diagnostic orientation, to realize and ensure the first therapeutic procedures and guide the patient in the most suitable structure. -SMUR activities (Service Mobile Emergency Resuscitation): There were in 2015, 1050 primary outputs triggered by the center 15 (such as 911), These outputs are versatile in terms of medical reasons.
