Well site supervisor for Windward Resources. On site management of daily drilling operations, casing and cement jobs. Drilling vertical, directional and horizontal wells, accessing the Monteny shale, Jean Marie, Cadoman, and Doig hard rock zones using oil base, gel chem. and polymer mud systems. Overseeing all aspects of on site operations including: BHA selection, Motor/MWD, Drill Bit choices, Safety Meetings as well as coordinating equipment, tools and service personal.

Noble Corp. May 2008 to July 2008

Driller, responsible for day to day drilling operations such as crew management, well control dealing with HPHT horizontal wells and multi-lateral platform based drilling. Monitor and train Mexican nationals in day to day drilling practices and safety procedures. Trained in fire suppression, off-shore rig rescue and emergency evacuation for off-shore drilling.

Ensign Drilling September 2006 to April 2008, November 2012-April 2013

Driller, relieve Rig Manager, responsible for day to day drilling operations such as equipment selection, crew management and organization through powerful leadership and communication skills. Over 6 years of safe drilling with no lost time, recordable incidents or accidents. Comfortable in handling high pressure formations and critical sour operations. Over 5 years of experience drilling on the Western Slope, hard rock formations and long reach directional drilling with various types of fluid operations and solids control. Over 2 years of ADR/Cyber chair drilling and 8 years of top drive controls, maintenance and service.

Assistant driller/Driller. Land based drilling in Cuba. Effectively demonstrated personal knowledge in directional drilling for long reach horizontal wells. Acted as mediator between nationals and ex-pats. Assisted driller and Rig manager with daily operations, maintenance and repairs. Gained extensive knowledge and working skills KCL mud products.

I am a highly motivated and organized supervisor with great leadership and communication skills. I work well in high pressure situations and capable of multi tasking by over seeing many various operations at one time. Through extensive safe work practices and operational knowledge I have been able to assist in bringing projects in on time, on budget and with the highest regard to safety of persons, environment and equipment in mind.
