$50 million P&L responsibility; cross-functionally managed each aspect of a multi-unit operation model; overseeing 190 corporate and franchised locations throughout the United States. Collaborated with Board of Directors to develop and execute fiscal, strategic, and operational strategies to increase operating results. Managed the organization’s BPM, enhanced the franchise framework, and developed the organizational structure of each department; hiring, training, nurturing, and creating a culture to maximize efficiency. Negotiated favorable deals while creating strategic relationships with franchisees, franchisor, financial institutions, vendors, landlords, and competitors to ensure long-term strategic growth. Managed the manufacturing control process of a unionized commercial lubricant manufacturing plant ensuring the processes meet ISO-9001 standards. Controlled the safety and environmental policies of the plant to focus on safety as the #1 priority; limiting injuries and ensuring processes are in compliance with company and governmental (OSHA) regulations. Collaborated with management of other departments within the plant for continuous quality improvement, revising procedures and processes as needed, and performing on-going training to plant employees.
